Has anyone else on the CM forums had the problem mate?

To be honest I would chalk it up to CM, unfortunately it's quite buggy in places and if it's not happening in Touchwiz ROMs I would say it's CM.
You might have to go back to a Touchwiz ROM, but in any case I will take a look for you and see if I can find anything that can help
(Sorry it's not a very good answer, I can't think of why it would be doing that other than having buggy firmware
