Root [International] problems flashing

Hi all,
I've flashed a couple of roms (cyanogenmod and echoe) all went well but i couldn't get any phone or data signal.
Do i need to flash a modem as well or am i missing something.

Hi Mrplasid, sadly on the s4 we do need to flash the appropriate modem in order to get some things working. Though on the cyanogenmod roms usually the current modern suffices.... my suggestion would be to do a complete wipe etc and flash a fresh stock or stock pre rooted Rom with proper modem, then if you wish to try cm again I'd suggest then doing a full wipe prior to flashing it

How do you know which modem fits which rom?

start wih the mj5 modem and work upwards from there

if you look in the latest modems thread , if u need a modem fix i can find it for you
