Root [International] Restore with titanium backup

So I backed up using "user apps and system data" in titanium backup. When I flash a new rom with a full wipe which involves wiping data from phone, which option in titanium should I choose to restore all my saved apps and data? For example, my progress in various games and such?

Restore apps with data. Don't restore system data as it will defeat the point of wiping the system in the first place. Could you let me know which gs3 you have please so I can move the thread over to the right all things root forum. Thanks

As long as you don't restore anything written in red then you'll be okay

The batch action 'restore missing apps with data' is the one to use
