Root [International] ribbons :-\ how?

what do aokp ribbons do and how do they work?
just tried setting up lock screen ribbon but can't see it shown :-\

AOKP bro? I didnt play with it for long but its kinda how the TW multiwindow bar worked mixed with pie. Like u choose a trigger side to pull them out n its a strip with what.... 10 of your fav apps to choose from. Thats it!
No idea how it works on lockscreen sorry but Dynamic Notifications has became my lockscreen
