and sorry for my English

Can you get it into the bootloader? Force a shutdown by pressing and holding the power button (the 2 soft keys will flash for a few seconds before it shuts down). Then boot it up while pressing and holding the "volume down" button.

Once you are in that mode you can try entering recovery, or else select fastboot mode, connect to a PC and fastboot flash a new recovery, or if necessary use a ROM Update Utility to reflash it completely. But the first thing is whether it is stable in the bootloader - if it keeps rebooting in that mode then there is a serious problem.

i can get into the bootloader ...and its aint shutting down ..when i get into fastboot it keeps rebooting ...when i try to get into the recovery same thing ...one more thing .. there is no green light to show if its charging or no ! i had try to connected through the usb to the laptop and still no dives was found ... and it keeps restarting !!! :( any other way !? or should i send to the htc center ?!
