Root [International] [rooted] Sprint HTC One OTA

I received this OTA update from my Sprint HTC One. Now here's the case: I live in the Philippines and i'm using a local(PH) sim card to receive text messages and calls. If i update this, will i lose the "unlocked" state? Thanks!

Or would i still be able to use it regardless if i change the ROM to any or?

I just received some update too. Software 3.05.651.6 . Says its 249.24 mb for anyone interested.

never take an OTA if you are rooted or thinking of rooting. if you are shopping for a ROM, let the dev get the update and add those fixes/features to their rom.
