So when the screen gets close to its timeout, it goes darker for a set time before actualy turning the screen off.
Is there any way to get rid of that step where it fades?
Reason im asking is ive started using the "touch to wake" function (i dont even use a lockscreen) and ive set the screen timeout to 15s which would be perfect because when when it times out, as soon as my thumb touches the screen, it just switches back on instantly to where i was.
So, when the screen is due to time out, i want it to not fade first, i want it to stay the same brightness and then just switch off.
Lol im so fussy
Speaking of "touch to wake"... is that gona have a huge negative effect on standby battery life peeps?
