Root [International] Semi-broken Moto G

I think i have a Semi-broken phone, i cannot get it to start properly. I can get into the fastboot menu, and into CWM.

The biggest problem i think is that i have no ROM. So i cannot access the sdcard through the computer. So i tried sideloading cm11, but of course that failed. So now when i start the phone i get to the CM logo, and there it stops. I tried formatting with CWM, but i get several error messages.

Can anyone help me?
