Root [International] Simplest way to Root Galaxy Note 3?

I recently bought Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from Sweden. Its international version. But there are some apps like 'Auto Kill Memory Optimizer' , "copypasteit" which needs to root.

I'm afraid if I root the phone and something wrong happen. Please guide me simplest way to root the phone ?

and is there any disadvantage of rooting the phone ?
