Root [International] Stock ROM inquiry

My friend's phone keeps freezing when trying to run cyanogenmod 10.1.3 RC 2 on ther international s3, if I decide to flash back the stock firmware from the samsung mobile site...would she then lose the root access and have to go through the root process all over again?

Id try n fix CM tbh, was it a clean flash? Is she using up to date gapps?

Yes...I did it for her.. FULL WIPE.. cyanogenmod installs fine..no bootloop but when she starts setting up her phone..it just freezes..i did 3 full wipes with same results each time..she was using Omeaga rom fine until she wanted to try cyanogen...so weird.. we have the same internation s3 phone and same baseband if that matters...Mine is working flawlessly...

Also, can I just pick any stock rom firmware from the sammy mobile site? again she has the unlocked international version s3.

The site is givin me major grief on my phone bro but you wana put this in the search box View attachment 61809
Then hit search and choose the latest unbranded firmware (for no bloat) or the latest one for her carrier (with carrier bloatware)
Id download it for u if my data was workin properly.
Im gona mess around with some modems lol, until i moved home a mile up the road i was gettin 8-12mb/s download speeds, now im gettin 1!! :banghead::banghead:
