Root [International Tegra 3] Bootloader Security Warning

Hi..I got issue with my device..I rooted my device htc one x.the problem is when i try to music and video it keeps on restarting,but when i play the device with headphone its playing and dont restart.//So lock the oem but i didint notice that my baterry was down..when i try to unlock the bootloader but it wont anymore since i have a low baterry..the device wont start and wont shut down also so im stuck on bootloader screen,there is a message "RELOCKED SECURITY WARNING"

There seems to be a method here which should get it to accept an RUU/enough charge to unlock your bootloader.
