I am trying to learn how to use ROM CLEANER.
So hopefully can help others in the same boat.

To my understanding, below is how it works, please correct me if i m wrong
1. a RomCleaner_user.txt script where it matches to
2. the data/app folder.
So these are the app you want to keep and use, edit and delete the ones you dont want.
3. once you've adjusted both above, then you flash folder creator & backup tool
4. Flash your desired ROM as usual = wipe all data and caches, fastboot .img and flash ROM.zip, BUT DO NOT REBOOT to first boot, STAY In RECOVERY.
5. Flash ROM CLEANER version.ZIP
6. now REBOOT. After your phone successfully booted normally for the 1st time. reboot to recovery again.
7. Flash
Settings Restorer v1.0
Mods and App Installer v1.0
HtcSetupWizard Remover
8. now REBOOT. all done.
