Root [International Tegra 3] Removing bloatware

Hi,
I have got a unlocked HOX from UK about a month ago. It has some inbuilt Vodafone apps. Updates, MyWeb, HelpLogin and AppSelect. These are no use for me. Is it possible to remove these?
 
You should be able to disable from from the apps menu? Alternatively, use an app like Titanium to freeze them?

If you wanted to go the whole hog, install a custom ROM based on non branded software?
 
Yes ... I did that now... I was looking to uninstall those apps. But that is not possible I guess, you can only unenable them...
 
You could remove/rename them with a file explorer like ES, or Root Explorer? Take a backup of them (a full nandroid wouldn't hurt), before you do anything like that though.
