Root [International] Transferring + Backup of Contacts + Messages

Hey guys,

I've got an S2 running CheckROM v6 and have just installed CheckROM on my new S3.

So, my questions:
1) How do I transfer contacts and messages across? I use my phone for business so can't lose these!
2) How can I backup my phone regularly (messages and contacts)? Is there a way similarly to "syncing" iPhones (without having to use the dreaded iTunes!)?
3) Can I get the Jkay Deluxe AOSP lock screen with CheckROM on the S3?


Please keep in mind that the S2 uses a SIM and S3 uses Micro-SIM. So I somehow have to transfer all messages and contacts etc, then go to my phone shop and get my SIM changed to a MicroSIM and start using the S3 I guess?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Is there a reason you're not using google contacts?

I recommend SMS backup+. It backs up SMS to a gmail label. It can also backup contacts and call logs. Then install it on teh S3 and restore everything. I dont use contacts backup using this though as all my contacts are google or exchange.
