Root [International] Unable to flash 4.4 roms

Hey,
I have a problem flashing 4.4 roms, i cant understand why.
I do a full wipe, and then try to flash the rom, and after 10-15 seconds it writes something like "unable to flash rom, aborting".
then i have to restore my backup or try again..
it happens only with 4.4 roms - i've tried a few 4.3 roms and they all worked perfectly.

Is there any reason why 4.4 specifically wont work?

hi - im guessing it might be your recovery version maybe - have you updated it to the latest version ?

probably not.. never encountered this problem, so i didnt think about it.

i updated my recovery, and everything went perfectly.. im now running 4.4,
