Root [International] Updating Downloaded Games..?

Obviously there are numerous games that can be downloaded via Torrent sites and the like - and I'm guessing you just place them on your sdcard and then install them via CWM.

I'm just wondering if this allows you to update the apps through Google Play Store when updates are released?

That you would like developers to update you for free with Google's help after you rip them off is just pathetic.
