Root [International] user name or password incorrect with exchange email? :-\

hi all.
sorry if this is in wrong area.

recently with my exchange email app and gmail account I'm getting a connection error saying username or password incorrect.. but they aren't :-\
started 6 days ago. I've re entered details. it did start working again for about a day but now error is back.. google server issue do you think?
anyone else getting similar?
I'm using enhanced email
