Root [International] voice command for camera

I have a Samsung galaxy S3 Gt-i9300 which has recently updated to the Android 4.3 os. It seems to have stopped my camrea's voice control so I can no longer take pictures saying smile or capture. Does that know how to turn this back on? I've had a look at the voice control in the settings area and the camera part ia greyed out so wont lwt me tick it.

Id try posting this in the main s3 forum tbh mate since most people in this one arent running official samsung firmware. Good luck :beer:
