Root [International] When is the update v4.3 coming for s4 in the middle east ??

I have a galaxy s4 (GT-I9500) and I want to move my apps to the SDcard , does any one when is its release date in the middle east ( im in egypt in specific ) , ill be very thankful for any useful info.
 
It's a "how long is a piece of string?" question I'm afraid. Google haven't yet related or announced a release date for 4.3 let alone Samsung so for now it's a wait and see!
