I have samsung Galaxy Y duos I can connect with WIFI, with Opera Mini Browser but I cannot connect through internet 2.3.6. is ther any solution. A.R.RANA
 
I assume you mean that you can't connect to the internet through 3G. Contact your carrier and make sure that 1) you have a data account and 2) the account is provisioned properly.
