why doesnt my 4G work on my ZTE avid 4G?

Hello, I found a link to the user manual, here,

One thing I read mentioned this, "2. To use the 4G LTE network, insert the UICC card with the gold-colored contacts facing down."
Other than that, I would check to see that the network setting were correct, both in your phone and by asking the provider.
