Help internet applications only view in landscape

Can anyone help me here? All internet based applications on my EVO 4G automatically switch to Landscape, and I am unable to switch it to portrait. I have attempted calibration to see if that would fix it...still nothing. I have read on another forum that a hard reboot would help. My phone is only about 10 days old now, and I guess a hard reboot wouldnt be too annoying. Does anyone know what the hard reboot sequence is?

There's an option somewhere in settings to disable orientation changes. I'd make sure that isn't set.
