internet broken

my phone was working fine this morning with the internet. and then all of a sudden it just turned of . i have checked the interconnection and it keeps saying its disabled. please advice on how to solve this problem tks

Exactly what turned off? The checkmark in Settings to enable the internet? Your connection to your router? Your router's access to the internet?
