1. Have you tried wiping the cache partition?

2. Is this also happening in Safe Mode?

See #1.1 and #1.2 of the Update Problems - Dummies Guide for more information on the above

thanks for your reply!
still nothing
i have cleaned(wipe) the cache
and also entered in safe mode
nothiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing happened!!
still the same problem
i can't open other tabs or when i try to close any the same message appears

Does it do that in both the stock browser and Chrome? How about a third-party browser like Dolphin? I'd try installing Dolphin, Opera or Boat and see if the problem persists in any of those.

Has your phone installed an OS update recently?

If so, you may be heading down the road to the dreaded Factory Reset

I'd just use Chrome and see if you still have issues. Chrome is a better browser, IMHO, in part because it syncs with your desktop.

We have three S4s in my family, and that problem eventually happened to all of them. Wiping cache partition and clearing app data had no effect. The "solution" we found was to use another browser - Dolphin Mini and Firefox work well, and there's always Chrome.
