internet browser on S4 not working

Hey guys i just switched from an iphone 4s to a galaxy s4 this past friday and love it so far. but since i got it the internet app doesn't open or close multiple windows. i click to add a new window and it does nothing. i click to close a window and it says "unfortunately, internet has stopped working." i cleared all the data and restarted it and it still does the same thing. I open firefox or chrome, and the keyboard wont appear. should i bring it back or is there a fix?

Does your data otherwise work (e.g., can you access the Play Store app)? I'm wondering if your account got configured correctly when transferring from the iPhone.

Did you do a battery pull ? I always try that if things ever start not working.
