Help Internet browser problems

Where I live and work I get great 4g signal averaging 20mbps. Market, maps, and video load like a charm but all day today my browser refuses to work properly.
I click a link or manually type in a website and the loading bar goes about 20% and stays there. Never moves. I have force closed the app reset my phone a few times. Finally I set it back to default and still my browser shows me awful speeds and can barely load the sites I view. Anyone have any suggestions?

A simple battery pull or refresh the data profile would have fixed that problem. You don't need to reset the device every time you have this kind of problem. Usually, this happen when the phone isn't getting good internet connection(regardless if the 4G or 3G icons are visible). Also, you can call your service provider to have them refresh your data / internet connection.

I know and I did that once but in between trying apps and the browser I speed tested to show me over 20mbps which is why I'm confuzzled
