Help Internet Busy

Our Android Box was working fine and now we cannot get into anything. While trouble shooting we found that our Internet is showing as busy and we are not sure how to fix this issue.

When I have this kind of issue I disconnect the power cord for 2 min then I reconnected it and that usually fixes the problem
