Help Internet connection not working

Hi guys,

My Galaxy Mini GT-S5570's internet connection is not working for some reason i tried the market a lot of times but it takes too long too show up and one time it said connection time is timed up

Also i can tell you that i have

Android Market has so many slowdowns and intermittent connection issues that I'd just suggest trying other internet connections before being sure it's your device with the problem.

Can you use your web browser to access the internet? Can you receive email? Can you text?
