Internet connection

I have wi-fi on my android phone and i have enter the security code to my internet service but i can't get a connection . My signal is signal strength is strong

Welcome aboard. First question is: what type of device model do you have? WiFi issues aren't one of the easiest problems to fix. Also, you should check in to your device's area of support - maybe one of the other users might have another solution for this problem.
