Internet doesn't work when is connected to wi-fi help please

My galaxy ace Internet doesn't work when is it connected to wi-fi help appreciated.i tried turning off the Phone,resetting settings,re connecting to the network.if someone knows how to fix It help is appreciated

i have same kind of problem. When I connect my phone in wifi i use in my home it works perfectly, but when i'm on train or gas station which have wifi for customers and i connect my phone to their wifi, my phone says "connected" but i still cant use internet?! Please help me I've tried to find the answers but i haven't find nothin'.

Well it seems like it must be something in the settings that needs to be adjusted, but I wouldn't know which one. I recommend that you call your service provider technical department, and let them talk you through the fix for this problem. They are usually pretty good at troubleshooting.

Wifi problems are very annoying.. Because it just stop working for no reason. Several things could be causing the problem: a bad wifi radio (that cannot be fixed with a reset); the router might need to be rebooted or unplugged for a minute or two. If the problem is a bad wifi radio on the device (if tested by your carrier's repair center) it can be repaired or replaced by your TEP insurance.

Hie I have a Galaxy Ace, the WiFi , when
switched on, shows a strong signal, yet when I try to
connect to play shop or Internet all messages say "no connection", but works fine on 3G, this is the same no matter where I access WiFi , please help.
