Internet Help Anyone PLEASE!!!!!!

I had rooted my phone and all was well then bout a week later i was not able to use the internet. I can if i am using wifi but not always am i at home or a place with it. every time i leave i get a message that states cannot connect to internet check your connection settings and try again. well I have checked my connection settings and all is good. I also get the twlauncher message once in a while. Please anyone that can help please do so. I did get recommended to flash a custom rom but I have no clue on how to do that and I also dont want to damage my phone worse than it already is. thanks for any help I can get.

Next time you get a phone make sure you can unroot or reflash stock image in case you mess up or bad a rom , this situation your in now. a rom is easy to install on your phone in the sd card place a custom rom in the root of your sd card. you need to use rommanager and flash clockworkmod recovery to your phone boot into recovery how ever you do that i do not know your device now.
make sure to do a factory wipe data,clear cache, clear dalvik cache then choose zip and install rom reboot and enjoy.

Please stop telling everyone to install stock roms. The advice is ill-advised.

OP, do try to clear Dalvik cache and report back.

You need to get Clock Work Mod recovery on your phone......then go to recovery mode, and go to advanced and select the option "Clear Dalvik Cache".

Yea sorry Calvin anyways I just cleared it and same stuff no Internet. It happened rite after I installed superuser. Do you think it might have to do with that?
