Help Internet issue

I have purchased a Lenovo K4 note last week. From then on the 2G internet is on which means I can access all the apps but unable to open a web page. When I try to open a webpage I get a message as "This site cant be reached", "Err_connection_timed out" so please check and suggest what can be done. Its the same issue in all the browsers.

Go to settings>more> mobile networks
Scroll down to " data roaming " enable
this option.
Select 2g,3g,4g auto.

Hi Parayilhussain,

That fixed the issue but sometime still gives same error and when I try to open 10 times only 8 times it works. But in Chrome browser there is no change it never connects so I will try resetting chrome. Also now the webpages are very slow in loading so can you please provide some inputs on the same?

Settings >storage>cached data>clear cache.
Settings>storage>apps> download
Manger clear data.
Uninstall updates in chrome and
Reinstall updates from google play store.
Settings>data usage>>>uncheck for
Apps in " restrict app background data "
Disable power saving mode (if enabled).
Try to use Internet in outdoor.

However, I now have a new issue. When I use a Vodafone 2g internet on this phone it is too slow but on my old phone, it was normal. I'm confused.
