Help Internet keeps going to Mobile Hotspot Tmobile Page! HELP!!!

This is my first post, so Hi everyone. I have been an Android user since the 1st Gen HTC 3G, went to the 4G for awhile and never had issues with either, in fact my 3G still works perfect as a game-player for my 5 year old. So, I upgraded to the HTC One S, and everything was great....UNTIL YESTERDAY!

I always had "View Desktop Site" checked, and never had an issue, but starting yesterday EVERY page I went to bumped me to a stupid Tmobile Offers webpage to sign up for the Smartphone Mobile Hotspot....EVERY PAGE! No matter what I go to. The only way to get rid of it is to UNCHECK "View Desktop Site", but now all of my websites are in the Mobile format, which I DONT want. I was arguing between customer support, tech support, the "loyalty" department and everything that fixed it, was only for a few minutes, then back to the Hotspot webpage.

I've tried clearing the cache, diabling the Hotspot app, clearing cookies, clearing history, clearing the app data, reetting the Access Points Names back to default, it all works for about 5 minutes, then back to the stupid offer page!!!!

The "loyalty" department said that it might be a phone issue and to exchange it, so I went to the store, showed the clerk, she was shocked to see it do it, she tested their display phone, it didn't do it, so she gave me a new One S.....and BOOM....IT DOES IT TOO!

So, it's either my SIM card, or something on my account is causing it....right? Or is anyone else haveing the same issue?

Thooughts?

If you go into Manage Apps, there's are a couple of Apps called More for Me, Highlight, and T-Mobile Mall, all from T-Mobile. Try disabling those. In fact, try disabling or uninstalling everything from T-Mobile. Not sure if any of those are the cause but it's pretty likely and worth a try.
