Internet kiosk / cafe app

first can I say what an awesome forum this is. I need an internet cafe app that times internet usage and charges as well , is there such an app ?

3G Watchdog captures internet usage and you can set it to alert you when you're near your usage quota. Doesn't "time" your internet, but counts your kbs, if that's what you mean.

Thanks for the response mate . I meant an Internet cafe app that bills users , am thinking of setting up a cyber cafe in my campus using android pads but the only major obstacle is getting such an app.

sounds like a good idea. i think you'll have to write the app yourself if you're gonna start something new like that
