Help internet lag n higher ping n super slow download

My fone has been awesome up until abt 2 wks ago my online gaming ping jumped from 250 to 650 n stayed at 650 I've tried everything contacted provider and game host but then I tried to download an app it was barely downloaded usually super fast n even music super slow now too to the point u give up n cancel pls help I love my HTC sensation xl its got to be a fone issue I've hard reset n still same problem
