Help Internet limited permission to App

Hi

I need this type application " which i can give a internet connection to limited App. what i want."

whey i need this type App because of in our country internet is very costly and Wifi is limited available (600MB = 8$ for one month).

And android without wifi is useless

i have SAMSUNG GALAXY S3.

pls help me about i need urgent .

yes but not all .who will bock which i want......... mean not all App.
