Internet not working

[Android Question]

I am on Sprint network. I have 1/2 bars on regular network, but there grayed out. Even when I am on a working Wi-Fi network it's still not connecting. I did a soft reset, and I did a reboot. It says in my settings mobile network settings that they are disabled. No it is not the bill, and no the settings of airplane and Wi-Fi are fine. ( I personally think its the phone, but...) please help me? Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Duplicate Post, ergo duplicate answer...
Go to:
> Settings
> Wireless/ Networks
> More settings
> Mobile Networks
Make sure "mobile data" is checked
and that for network mode you have "CDMA/LTE/EVDO" chosen

Note: your menus may have slightly different names or structure but those options will be there.
