How do I make telekom ones forbidden like rest is ? If its possible of course, thanks for help

I'm sure you have to speak with your carrier about it, because it is them and their agreements with other networks that decides what can be accessed and what is forbidden.

So there is no way to make em forbidden on my own ? Because it keeps connecting me to em when my carrier is out of signal and stays connected on em till I change it manually which drives me crazy changing it every time I go through tunel or in between of villages

i have that turned off, but thanks for advice anyway... I might have figured it out, when I was drunk and was scrolling through apps menu I found out there was some new app called sim toolkit and after I while of pressing random things in there I might have fixed my problem ... I don't know whether this post will stay here, but thanks to everybody that replied y'all the real mvps
