Internet troubles

Ok on certain websites there might be drop boxes or text boxes for you to write in but for some reason I cant click on these and its stressing me, ive tried all browsers and I cant see anything in the settings. Anyone help me?
 
It woule be helpful for you to post your phone model and android software version, and what browsers you have tried and an example of a website you tried. Did it work on facebook?
