Welcome to Android Forums, adidas.
Are you using the settings provided by Loop mobile? I would take the issue up with them. If you are close to a store, go in and have one of the reps set it up for you.
You could ask in Samsung Galaxy Ace - Android Forums but it sounds like a configuration issue and the technicians at Loop should know.
