Hi folks,

I am a relatively new android user with a Pandigital Novel 9 inch. The internal memory says all is available but whenever I try to install anything the message is that there is insufficient room for the app. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Dick Hood and welcome to the forums! :)

Internal storage, as well as external SD card storage, is for user data: music, movies, pictures, videos and app data. Apps themselves are generally stored in SYSTEM memory... which is apparently full on your tablet.

You may want to go to Settings: --> Applications and try moving apps that do NOT require a widget to the SD card. This will free up room. If you haven't installed that many apps, then SOMETHING (messages, mail, etc) is filling up system memory.

While there IS a forum for the Novel 9, no one has yet to post in it!

You can be first!

There IS a forum for the Novel 7:

You may find help and nuggets of wisdom there to help you with your tablet.

Hope this helps :)
