Hello all,

Joined this informative forum as my emails on my 2.5year old Desire stopped working, tried to delete accounts and start again but the phone wouldn't load lots of apps, eventually realised it was a corrupted SD card. :banghead:

Have been meaning to root the phone after the warranty ran due to limited storage for apps but just kept deleting old apps if needed. May as well do it now. As its a Sunday I'll plough through the relevant pages and I'm sure I'll be posting for advice when I get stuck. Have unlocked and rooted SF & SFII before but never felt confident enough to do it to the Desire in the past.
