Hello, I am new here. I am an android developer, I am proud to annouce that my new app is live yesterday on google store. 
Is it allowed to tell everybody about my new app? I will research a little, try to follow the rules here. I am located in China, my app is free, and ad-free too. About mobile security and privacy. You know nowadays this kind of issues is one hot topic, so my app is to help you, prevent something unexpected, curiosity or something. Better to be safe than sorry.
