Hello. I thought I'd join this forum while I was waiting for my Nexus 7. It will be my first Android tablet (I have an iPad), but not my first Android device.
When T-Mobile came out with the first Android phone, the G1, I bought it the very first day it was available. I still have it, in fact.
From there I upgraded to the Google Nexus One (also ordered the first day available -- it was torture waiting for it to arrive).
I loved the Nexus One so much that I kept it until just a month ago. The ram just wasn't enough to handle even the basic array of modern apps and I kept getting low-memory warnings. I was sad to have to give it up. The Nexus One was a beautiful phone -- but I replaced it with the HTC One S (T-Mobile) phone on ICS and I'm liking that very much too.
