My name is Victor and I am a native Texan, which I am very proud of. Good people and a great place to live. It gets hot as Hades in the summer, but the 70 degree days in January are very nice indeed.
I have been involved in computers since 1970. Been there and done most of that. I am an avid Mac user, since that is the only thing that works for long periods of time with very few problems. And to me that is heavenly. I can tear them apart, repair them and put them back together again. Size of the box is not a problem for me. If it works, the chances are very high I have used, repaired, or been an admin on it. That is not boasting, that is a fact.
What I do not like is that the company building it tells me I cannot configure it the way I want. That is why I am here. I want to remove the bloatware that every phone maker stuffs into these small boxes and expects me to follow along the path they have laid out for me. I known I am a hard-headed Texan, but I will do it my way and if I screw it up, i will admit it. There is not a lot of differences but syntax between an old big box IBM system and an Android. Just learn the differences and go to work on it.
