1. what do you suggest for android beginner to understand the android works?

2. Should we always re-engineered our Android phone so it can work comfortable?

3. Does Android App market access on country based? I mean if in country no provider have cooperation with goggle that would mean I cant access Android App market?

4. I confuse with root function, it says to be able to install app we need to root the phone? I thought when we bought some app from market we can just install it right away?

5. to back up data when we root the phone, do we need android phone back up? I mean Do we need 2 android phone to save the back up?

Joining Android Forums is a great start. You can go into any of the phone forums and read about users' experiences on the phones.

2. Should we always re-engineered our Android phone so it can work comfortable?

In re-engineered, do you mean customize your phone? It depends on the phone you get and if it meets your needs. There are tons of 3rd party apps that you can download if they aren't on the phone already or you find something better.

3. Does Android App market access on country based? I mean if in country no provider have cooperation with goggle that would mean I cant access Android App market?
All countries can access the Android Market and get FREE apps. If you're not a Google experience country, then you can't access paid apps. The work around this is that some developers sell their apps on their website. If they don't, you can simply e-mail them that you want to buy their apps.

4. I confuse with root function, it says to be able to install app we need to root the phone? I thought when we bought some app from market we can just install it right away?
No, you don't need to root to download apps. Rooting gives you superuser permission and allows you to customize your Android phone to another level.

What you might have read is that some people that don't have access to PAID apps will root their phone to do so.

5. to back up data when we root the phone, do we need android phone back up? I mean Do we need 2 android phone to save the back up?
If you intend to root, you only need your phone to back up your information. Contacts, calander and G-tasks are automatically sync to your Gmail acccount. There are other apps that allow you to back up your apps, SMS and other data to your SD card.

If you're getting an Android phone, I don't recommend you Root immediately, until you've gotten the hang of how the Android OS works and have done thorough research on how to root. Don't root unless you are confident in your ability. Rooting will void your warranty and depending on the phone, will brick it.

I hope the answers help you in your decision to buy an Android phone

Cheers,
-Roze-
