Help Introduction circle staying

Hello

I took the introduction when first using my HTC magic, when i was introduced to the keyboard i was asked to write the word Magic, but i hit the wrong button when trying to hit the a, i wasn't able to delete, and since then the circle hasn't disappeared.

This circle now pops up whenever i write on the HTC Magic, and i do not know what to do about it, any suggestions/solutions?


and yes, i have tried taking the introduction again and doing it properly.

Have you tired a Factory Reset ?

I dont know if the menu location in the HERO OS is the same as the G1, but in the G1

You would go into Settings | SD Card and Phone Setting | Factory Data Reset
