Newbie
Just thought I'd say hello.

My Name is David Warner. I am currently working in Afghanistan in an advisory position to the Afghan National Police. I am from Huntsville, TX though.

I'm a Galaxy S2 I9100 owner. I recently came from the dark side of the iOS world and am very happy to be here. I was just finally fed up with all of Apple's CRAP. To think that they invented the rectangular cell phone with round edges is just absurd.

I'm not big into rooting and such, and the factory firmwares work just great for me. I am here to just learn about my device and add a few wrinkles to my brain.

I am just about to click the purchase button on a Galaxy Note 10.1, and the wife will likely switch from her iPhone to a Galaxy S3 in December.

Well, I'm happy to be here, and I look forward to getting to know some of you. Chances are, you won't see or hear much of me at first as I like to lurk and research before opening my mouth (I know the mods will appreciate that.)

Thanks and God Bless
David

Thank you sir. Already been all over that forum. Learned a ton already. Definitely a lot of good information mixed in with a lot of posts from people who should learn where the search box is. HA HA.

Forums are definitely nothing new for me, so I'll try my best not to make an @ss of myself.

Welcome to the community. :)

I hope the information on here will be of help to you.

It already most certainly has. Can't wait for the Note 10.1 to show up at the door step back home so the wife can get in on the fun too.
