Accessories InvisibleShield and Otter Box Defender??

I have an incredible and just put an otterbox defender on it, so far I love the defender. Only thing is the circle cut out for the joystick. Im a mechanic and am scared dirt will get in between the defender screen protector and as I press down on the screen it would scratch my screen.
Will it work if I put an invisible shield on the incredible screen and then put the defender back on?
 
You do get that water under the film look somewhat. But thats because the Otterbox screen protector does not fit flush against the face.
 
Thanks CER, yeah I noticed once I put my otterbox on the screen loses a little clarity, but to me its worth it to save my phone.
Thanks for the advice on the invisible shield. I grabbed one today at best buy. Just got through installing it so its drying now. Excited about putting the defender back on tomorrow, and seeing how I like it with the new shield on.
 
Installed Invisible Shield three days ago at Best Buy. Still sticks to Otterbox clear screen protector on the Defender and pulls off screen of phone when using. Called Zagg and they said let it cure longer and use hairdryer on low settings. Should be no problem when fully cured.
 
i have the same set-up and didn't like the way the screen looked so I took off the screen protector on the defender and it looks better but just that small amount of space being gained makes the defender feel a little loose but I can deal with that.
