Help IP Address Unavailable

I just tried to connect my sisters SGA to cnnect to wifi but it is showing "Obtaining Ip address" i checked the advanced settings and saw that IP Adress is Showing Unavailable. i even tried to set a static ip address but no luck. also updated to phone from 2.34 to 2.3.6 but same problem persists....

please help.

Maybe you put the wrong wifi password.

Problem got solved when i Updated the phone to 2.3.6 and the festored to factory default and configured a static ip on the phone.

note: your wifi should me off when you set the static ip address.
